Hi! I’m Bailey Hair. I grew up in the youth group at Second Baptist Church in Andrews, Texas, where I developed a strong foundation of faith. When life got hard, it was that faith that carried me through, and that experience is a big part of why I’m so passionate about youth ministry today. My heart is to equip students with a faith that’s real, resilient, and able to stand strong through every season of life.

I’ve been helping with the youth for nearly four years and have served as youth pastor for almost one year. Outside of church, I love games, playing music, reading, and spending time with students in everyday settings. I’ve also taught English and Spanish at the high school, and I really enjoy building meaningful relationships with students both in and out of the classroom.
